With the company enjoying steadily growing operational performance, employees are rewarded with periodic wage adjustments, employee bonus and year-end bonus based on their individual performance for the year. For employees who have made the extra effort to improve their foreign language skills and put their skills to use in conjunction with the company's operational strategies for international development, we also offer foreign language allowance as a reward.
